Abstract:
To provide a freeze dry nozzle which facilitates injection of a raw material liquid to a vacuum space, and to provide a freeze dry device and a granulation method.SOLUTION: A freeze dry nozzle 42 is used to inject a raw material liquid into a vacuum space to freeze dry grains made of the raw material liquid in the vacuum space and includes: a nozzle outer surface 42S exposed to the vacuum space; and a passage 42P in which the raw material liquid flows. The passage 42P includes: a first passage 43P having a circular truncated cone shape; and a second passage 44P connecting an injection port 45 of the raw material liquid with a tip of the first passage 43P and having a cylindrical shape. The nozzle outer surface 42S has a circular truncated cone shape which tapers toward the vacuum space with the injection port 45 located at the tip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
