PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for high purification of hydrogen gas.SOLUTION: A device for high purification of hydrogen gas includes a container, a first opening, and a second opening. At least a filter material is disposed in the container. The first opening is disposed in the container, is used to introduce mixed gas containing hydrogen gas into the container and also used to generate high-purity hydrogen gas by reacting the mixed gas containing the hydrogen gas with the filter material. The second opening is disposed in the container and used to make the high-purity hydrogen gas flow out from the container. A fuel treatment apparatus is also provided which includes the device for high purification of hydrogen gas.
