A first temperature controller 1 which controls the first temperature of a portion of a material to be crystallized as a single crystal in a first temperature function T1(t) in which time is a variable and a second temperature controller 3 which controls the second temperature of an another portion of the material to be crystallized as a single crystal in a second temperature function T2(t) in which time is a variable are provided. The portion is a crystallized part and the another portion is a melted part, and the second temperature function T2(t) and the first temperature function T1(t) are independent to each other.
