This re-gasifying device is composed of a vessel 15 used for transporting and re-gasifying a gas hydrate, a water injector 14 sprinkling hot water on the gas hydrate in the vessel 15, a feed water pump 12 supplying water (w) in the vessel 15 and a hot water storage tank 11 to the water injector 14, a circulating passage 30 supplying the water (w) in the vessel 15 to the water injector 14, a heater 13 heating the water supplied to the water injector 14, a pressure accumulator 16 storing gas (g) re-gasified in the vessel 15, and an equalizing line 18 reaching the water storage tank 11 from the pressure accumulator 16. A self-operated pressure adjusting valve 17 is arranged in a pipe 45 reaching the pressure accumulator 16 from the vessel 15, and gas pressure of the gas hydrate in re-gasification is held under predetermined pressure by the pressure adjusting valve 17.
