Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve role of each size number securely by separating golf clubs into two or more groups, grouping the golf clubs of closer numbers in one group, and composing them in such a way that specific gravity of their face material becomes larger as the size numbers of the group become larger.
CONSTITUTION: An iron club 1 comprises face material 4 of a head 2 which is different from material of a head main body part 3. Golf clubs are separated into two or more groups, grouping those of closer size numbers in one group, and they are composed in such a way that specific gravity of the face material becomes larger as the size numbers in the group become larger. For example, the head main body 3 is formed out of a stainless material, and the face material 4 of the third to fifth iron is composed of an aluminum alloy material. The face material 4 of the sixth to eighth iron is formed of a titanium alloy material, and the face material 4 of the ninth iron and a sand wedge is formed of a brass material.
