Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent damages to parts in tightening screws, to obtain the stable tightening force, and to provide the long-term reliability in a screw- tightened condition.
SOLUTION: A guide plate 30 is formed of a transparent resin, and provided with a plate body part 30a and a fitting part 30b. The guide plate 30 is provided with the plate body part 30a with both sides expanded which is positioned opposite to a PCB substrate 25 with a specified interval is provided on a resin molding 20. A guide hole 33 to guide a tapping screw 27, a driver bit 31 and a driver cylinder 35 in the screw-tightening direction is provided opposite to a screw through hole 25a formed in the PCB substrate 25 in the positioned condition. A tapered part 33a is formed on an end part of the guide hole 33.
