Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely catch the tip of a hair passing though a brush by arranging a bristle base protruding to the outside face and having a circular arc type cross section in a brush main body and protruding the tips of short bristles projected from the circular arc surface beyond the tangent at the top of the circular arc surface of the bristles base.
SOLUTION: In formation of a hair setter, it is provided with a brush main body 3 having a plurality of long bristles 1 and a plurality of short bristles 2 shorter than the long bristles 1. A bristle base 4 protruding to the outside face and having a circular arc cross section is arranged in the brush main body 3, and the tips of the short bristles 2 arranged so as to protrude from the circular arc surface of the bristle base 4 is protruded further from a tangent 5 at the top 10 of the circular arc surface of the bristle base 4. In addition, a crossing angle θ between a tangent 6 to the circular arc surface of the bristle base 4 in the short bristle 2 arrangement position and a tangent 5 at the top of the circular arc surface of the bristle base 4 is set to be an acute angle.
