Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety measure; to realize high performance in a small type; and to provide an economical manufacturing method in a heat exchanger used for a refrigerating system using an inflammable refrigerant.
SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is composed of a group of plate fins 1 mutually arranged at an interval, refrigerant tube 2-inserting elongate holes 3 arranged in a plurality on a plate surface of the plate fins 1 and a refrigerant tube 2 formed by bending in a meandering shape of continuing a straight pipe part 2a and a bent pipe part 2b. An interval holding fin collar 4 of the plate fins 1 is arranged in a peripheral edge part of the elongate holes 3. Since a tool for holding an interval of a large number of plate fins 1 can be obviated, the heat exchanger having a high degree of freedom of piping can be provided by an inexpensive method.
