Abstract:

To provide a durable, heat resistant porcelain enamel-coated stainless steel heating cooker which can easily be washed though food materials such as meat and fish are roasted thereon by the direct heating of a grill or a salamander with a heating medium such as gas flame and charcoal fire and in which cracking and peeling are hard to occur, and to provide a production method therefor.

The heat resistant porcelain enamel-coated stainless steel heating cooker consists of a grill or a salamander obtained by roughening the surface of a base material having a netlike, linear 3 or planar 8 shape in which base metal consists of SUS430 stainless steel, applying porcelain enamel glaze for high temperature use which contains silica, alumina and chromium as essential components, and does not contain alkali components to the surface of the base material, firing the same, and coating the surface with a porcelain enamel layer 11 for high temperature use.
