To provide a heat treatment method of a guide shoe for rolling a seamless steel tube.

In the heat treatment method of the guide shoe for rolling the seamless steel tube, the guide shoe is subjected to the heat treatment at the temperature of 1,200-1,280°C for 30-180 minutes in the atmosphere, and further subjected to the heat treatment at the temperature of 700-900°C for 7-10 hours in the atmosphere as the condition of the solution heat treatment after the casting. Still further, in the heat treatment method of the guide shoe for rolling the seamless steel tube, the guide shoe is subjected to the heat treatment at the temperature of 1,250-1,280°C for 60-180 minutes in the atmosphere as the condition of the solution heat treatment. Still further, in the heat treatment method of the guide shoe for rolling the seamless steel tube, the guide shoe is subjected to the solution heat treatment in the atmosphere, and further subjected to the heat treatment at the temperature of 700-800°C for 8-10 hours in the atmosphere.
