Abstract:

To provide a production method of a high pressure pipe that has an obviously improved kinetic pressure tolerance at a high pressure due to combination of a large wall thickness of a pipe to be produced on one hand and a good surface finished state on an inside face of the pipe to be produced on the other hand.SOLUTION: In a production method of a high pressure pipe (1), an inner pipe (2) of metal and an outer pipe (3) of metal are together passed through a first drawing die (4a) to perform drawing processing. An outer diameter (D2) of the inner pipe is smaller than an inner diameter (D3) of the outer pipe. By performing drawing processing by passing the outer pipe and the inner pipe extending inside the outer pipe together through the first drawing die, very stable coupling of force coupling type is generated between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. Therefore, a pipe having a large wall thickness is produced on one hand, the produced pipe having very high robustness and pressure tolerance. On the other hand, a pipe produced by cold deformation has a very good surface finished state on an outside face and especially an inside face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
