Abstract:

To provide a zinc-primer-coated corrosion-resistant steel material which is superior in corrosion resistance.

The zinc-primer-coated corrosion-resistant steel material superior in corrosion resistance includes: a steel material which includes, by mass%, 0.01-0.25% C, 0.05-0.50% Si, 0.1-2.0% Mn, 0.035% or less P, 0.01% or less S, 0.10% or less Al, 0.005-0.030% Ti, 0.0010-0.0070% N, further one or two elements selected from 0.01-0.5% W and 0.02-0.5% Mo, still further one or two elements selected from 0.001-0.2% Sn and 0.01-0.2% Sb, also each less than 0.20% Cu, Ni, Cr and Co which are contaminating elements, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; and a paint film of a zinc primer formed on the surface of the steel material, which contains 5-30 g/m2 Zn and 0.05-10 g/m2 W by coating weight.
