This hinge device 4 includes: a first hinge member 40; a second hinge member 50 provided opposite to one end side of the first hinge member 40; a positioning member 70 disposed on one end side of the first hinge member 40 and provided with a recessed part 71 formed on the face opposite to the second hinge member 50; a shaft member 60 pivotally connecting the first hinge member 40 and the second hinge member 50; an engagement pin 55 fitted to the face opposite to the positioning member 70 of the second hinge member 50 and engaged with the recessed part 71; an energizing spring 80 for energizing the positioning member 70 toward the engagement pin 55; and a stopper pin 65 regulating the relative movement to the shaft member 60 of the second hinge member 50. The second hinge member 50 is rotated relatively to the first hinge member 40 and the positioning member 70, thereby releasing the engagement state of the engagement pin 55 and the recessed part 71 against the energizing force of the energizing spring 80.
