To provide a home delivery service order system capable of efficiently receiving orders for home delivery service.
A sender 1 of a package 4 connects a cellphone 11 to a home delivery service company device 21 provided on a home delivery service company 2, and selects and inputs the telephone number of a receiver 3 memorized for requesting delivery of the package 4 to the receiver 3. The home delivery service company device 21 inquires the name and address under contract with a telephone company 5 based on the telephone number inputted, and outputs a sending slip based on obtained information.
