Abstract:
To provide a novel hot-melt composition using polyvinyl acetal as a base polymer and further provide a hot-melt composition that has excellent adhesion, heat resistance, bleeding resistance, and flexibility and is suitable as a hot-melt adhesive.SOLUTION: A hot-melt composition contains, relative to (A) polyvinyl acetal 100 pts.mass, (B) a tackifier resin with a softening point of 70-150°C of 5-60 pts.mass and (C) a plasticizer that is liquid or semisolid at room temperature of 10-40 pts.mass. The hot-melt composition has a melt viscosity of 1,000-100,000 mPa s at 180°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
