The using convenience is maintained/enhanced and an excessive space other than that for storing hot water in the heating vessel 5 is reduced remarkably by arranging the water supply buffer 12 requiring a volume equal to at least the once supply water to the heating container 5 in the outside of the heating container 5, thereby preventing the heat of the hot water from being lost, reducing the warmth retaining electric energy in retaining the warmth and heating, and making the energy saving performance excellent.
