The openings 89 connect the occupied space of the vaporization filter 36 to an external space outside of the rims 37. Buckets 38 form a container by surrounding faces continuous from wall faces 37a of the rims 37 circumferentially spread from specific portions of peripheries of the openings 89. Projection pieces 97 are formed to inner faces of the rims 37. The projection pieces 97 abut on the vaporization filter 36. The water flows along the projection pieces 97 from wall faces 37a, and is supplied to the vaporization filter 36.
