To produce hydgroscopically exothermic nonwoven fabric having high absorption and desorption of moisture, having comfortable heat retaining property and nature of dew condensation prevention by making a specific hygroscopically exothermic organic fine grain having high absorption and desorption of moisture adhere to nonwoven fabric through the medium of an adhesive.
This hygroscopically exothermic nonwoven fabric having high absorption and desorption of moisture is produced by imparting 1-100 wt.% (based on the fiber weight of nonwoven fabric) hygroscopically exothermic organic fine grain having high absorption and desorption of moisture using resin film having ≥30 g/(m2.h.) moisture permeability and 30 μm thickness as at least part of an adhesive. The fine grain has ≤30 μm average particle diameter and is prepared by subjecting an acrylic resin including ≥85 wt.% acrylonitrile to hydrazine treatment to introduce a crosslinking structure and to increase the nitrogen content by 1.0-15.0 wt.%, and by the hydrolysis of ≥1.0 m mol/g residual nitrile group to chemically convert it into a carboxylic salt. The hygroscopically exothermic nonwoven fabric having high absorption and desorption of moisture has ≥0.8%/min initial moisture absorption speed at 20°C and 65% RH and initial moisture desorption from (20°C and 90% RH) to (20°C and 40% RH) respectively.
