PURPOSE: To simultaneously process plural IC cards and to achieve multiusage of information by providing a guidance part, an external input part and plural IC card read/write parts.

CONSTITUTION: A guidance part 2 for guiding an input to a user, an external input part 3 for inputting information from the outside and plural IC card read/ write parts 5-1 to 5-n for reading or writing information to IC cards are provided. A control part 4 for controlling the operations of the guidance part 2, the external input part 3 and the IC card read/write parts 5-1 to 5-n is provided. Accordingly, plural IC cards different in contents can be simultaneously processed and a processing in which the contents of the respective IC cards are combined can be carried out.
