Abstract:
To provide an image forming method which allows for generating highly durable decorative images with decorative powder that does not come off easily.SOLUTION: An image forming method of the present invention involves feeding and fixing decorative powder onto a surface of a resin image layer formed on a recording medium. Constituents of the resin image layer is prepared such that a peak is present both in a molecular weight range of 100, inclusive, to 2500, noninclusive, and in a molecular weight range of 2500 to 30000, inclusive, on a molecular weight distribution curve obtained by measuring the constituents of the resin image layer by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).SELECTED DRAWING: None
