To more improve durability, specially, and also to attain an economical constitution.
A guide plate 36a constituting the guide structure 36 is formed of steel sheet material, and constitutes a guide surface 35 for guiding a stimulable phosphor sheet 16. Regarding the guide plate 36a, at least ultra high molecular weight polyethylene porous film 37 is applied on the guide plate 36a by heating and press-fixing. The film 37 is improved in wear-resistance, and also has low friction coefficient.
