Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus, a control method of the imaging apparatus, and a program capable of suppressing coming out of an out-of-focus subject during photographing of an image to be used for generating a time lapse moving image.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 comprises: an imaging unit 103 for acquiring a plurality of images to be used to generate a time lapse moving image based on intermittent imaging of a subject; and a system control unit 114 for controlling a range of moving a diaphragm, in accordance with distance information about a subject distance in a screen when the time lapse moving image is photographed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
