Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a lens from being controlled to a lens position not intended by users even if an absolute position of the lens position is not acquired.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 can implement a limit control of controlling a focus lens by limiting a drive range of the focus lens. When setting first information about an end position of the drive range of the focus lens in the limit control, a main body control unit 119 is configured to drive the focus lens from a position set to the end position of any one of the closest side of the drive range of the focus lens in the limit control and an infinity side thereof to an end position of any one of the closest side in the drive range of the focus lens in the limit control and the infinity side therein; and store information corresponding to an amount of drive when the lens is driven as the first information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
