PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience.SOLUTION: An imaging device 2 comprises: a first communication control unit 283 which, through a first communication unit 25, sequentially transmits its latest picture data and identification information for identifying the picture data to a plurality of communication apparatuses, while receiving, from an operated communication apparatus, lapse time information on lapse time until imaging operation is performed on the operated communication apparatus after the operated communication apparatus receives picture data and its identification information and the latest identification information received by the operated communication apparatus; and a transmission target selection unit 284 for selecting reproduction priority candidate picture data capable of being acquired and reproduced by the operated communication apparatus from a plurality of pieces of picture data stored in a storage unit 26, on the basis of the lapse time information and identification information.
