PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in normal signal processing, color bending occurs due to saturation of any one of RGB signals.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus images by securing a dynamic range at a time of signal processing larger than a dynamic range at a time of final output, and after performing mapping of a color signal in a range that can be expressed by the dynamic range of the final output, performs processing of conversion to the dynamic range of the final output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
