Abstract:
To provide a technology which contributes to reduction of vibration transmission to a handle, including a cantilever holding part, in an impact tool.SOLUTION: An impact tool 1 includes: a tool body 2; a motor; a handle 3; at least one biasing member 41; and at least one guide part. The handle is connected to the tool body so as to be rotatable relative to the tool body and movable in at least an anteroposterior direction. The handle includes: a cover part 31 which is at least partially formed in a cylindrical shape and covers a part of the tool body; and a holding part which extends from the cover part in a cantilever manner in a direction intersecting with a drive shaft. The at least one biasing member biases the tool body and the handle in a direction such that these components separate from each other in the anteroposterior direction. The at least one guide part has: a first portion 51 provided at a portion, which is covered with the cover part, of the tool body; and a second portion which is provided at the cover part of the handle and connected to the first portion so as to be movable relative to the first portion in at least the anteroposterior direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
