Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enable an increase in amount of air at low cost stirred by forming the cross-section shape of both end portions of each blade plate in a specified curve, neither of which are alike.
SOLUTION: The cross-section of the tip portion of each blade plate 1 that engages with a side plate 3 is formed in an arc connecting intersecting points a through d shown as follows. That is, point a is an intersecting point of an arc R 20, which has a radius of approximately 20 mm and has point P 1 (11.3, 16.5) as its center on X-Y perpendicular coordinates having a point of origin on a circumference of approximately &phiv 169 mm, and a circumference of approximately &phiv 169 mm. Point b is an intersecting point of the arc R 20 and a circumference of approximately &phiv 133 mm having the same center as the arc of approximately &phiv 169 mm. Point c is an intersecting point of an arc R 18, which has a radius of approximately 18 mm and has point P 2 (7.5, 15.5) as its center and the circumference of approximately &phiv 133 mm. Point d is an intersecting point of the arc R 18 and the circumference of approximately &phiv 169 mm. Also, the cross-section shape of the tip portion that is engaged with the main plate is formed similarly, changing the arcs R 20 and R 18 to an arc R 19.5 having a radius of approximately 19.5 mm and an arc R 18.5 having a radius of approximately 18.5 mm, respectively. The outer line of each blade plate 1 is attained by continuously changing the space between each of the tip portions.
