To blow cooling air of a motor against a marking line guide directly because an angular plate on a front side becomes an obstacle in a portable circular saw machine having such a configuration that a cutter main body is supported through the angular plates provided in two front and rear sections of a conventional base to tilt and cutting powders in a marking line guide part are blown off by cooling air of the motor and, as a result, a duct for detouring the angular plate is necessary.

The cooling air blown out from a side part of the motor 21 is directly blown against the marking ink line guide part G without using the duct for detouring as in a conventional case by dispensing with the angular plate on the front side of the base 11.
