Abstract:
To provide a heating assembly for a vapor generating device to perform proper temperature monitoring and/or control.SOLUTION: The heating assembly comprises: an induction coil 16, radially inward of which a heating compartment is defined for receiving, in use, a body comprising a vaporizable substance 22 and an induction-heatable susceptor 24; and a temperature sensor 11 located to face a side of the heating compartment on a central longitudinal axis of the induction coil at an end of the heating compartment, where the induction coil in use heats the susceptor, and the temperature sensor in use monitors a temperature related to heat generated from the susceptor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
