Abstract:
To provide an induction heating device and a heating method wherein a treated material is uniformly heated by moderating temperature unevenness of a heating plate and wherein heating efficiency is high.
This is the induction heating device provided with an induction heating coil 2 and a heating plate 1 to be induction-heated by this induction heating coil 2. This heating plated 1 is locally provided with thick wall parts 1a, 1b to increase the density of the magnetic flux which penetrates through the heating plate 1 so as to equalize temperature distribution by the induction heating.
