A motor 31 is equipped with rotating magnetic substance 55 wherein different magnetic poles are alternately magnetized along the peripheral direction, and a cage rotor 40 which is arranged surrounding externally the rotating magnetic substance 55. It is rotatably fixed to a rotating shaft 41 via bearings 43 and 44 on one side and the other side, respectively, in the axial line direction of the shaft 41. The cage rotor 40 is fixed to the rotating shaft 41 via frame ring 53 on the one side in the axial line direction, and supports the magnetic substance 55 rotatably via a bearing 56 on the other side in the axial line direction.
