PURPOSE: To improve the operation efficiency of an operator by changing over the connection between an user terminal and respective processors by the control from the user terminal side in an information processor capable of commonly using the respective processors or the like by respective calculation centers.
CONSTITUTION: In the information processor in which the calculation centers 1 and 2 are connected by a communication line 3 to mutually use resource, there is provided a change over means 13 for changing over the connection between the user terminal 11 and the first processor 12 of one calculation center 1 or the second processor 21 of the other calculation center 2. The state of the first processor 12 or the second processor 21 is monitored by a monitor program or the like, and when, for instance, the turn around time of the second processor is long according to the obtained state, the connection is changed over by the change over means 13 to use the first processor 12. Thereby, the operation efficiency of the operator can be improved.
