PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a reduction in service cost required for communication by accumulating data which could be transmitted with a transmission rate higher than required when a transmission channel can afford to.
SOLUTION: The information providing system for realtime data transmission provides a communication means to communicate with an assurance of a minimum data transmission rate, a transmission means to transmit the accumulated realtime data with a replay transmission rate less than or equal to the minimum transmission rate assured through the communication means, an accumulation means to accumulate data with an FIFO (First-In-First-Out) operation which inputs the realtime data sent with the transmission means and outputs it with the replay transmission rate, and a replay means to receive the outputs from the accumulation means to replay the realtime data.
