Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To injection-mold an additional molded part comprising a polyamide resin on an existing molded article comprising the polyamide resin to integrate both of them only by primer coating so as to sufficiently ensure the bonding strength of them.
SOLUTION: The casing pipe 1 (existing molded article) 1 comprising the polyamide resin is set to a mold M and the heated molten polyamide resin is injected in a cavity 12 to which a part of the casing pipe 1 faces to fill the cavity 12 and the leading end cap part (additional molded part) 2 is monolithically molded on a part of the casing pipe 1. In this molding method, a primer comprising an alcohol solution containing the polyamide resin and a chemical agent capable of dissolving the polyamide resin is applied to the monolithical molding scheduled region 3 of the leading end cap part 2 in the casing pipe 1 to set the casing pipe 1 to the mold M.
