Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge having an easy-to-strip enclosing sheet which can be mass produced while avoiding waste.
SOLUTION: The ink cartridge 1 comprises: a cartridge case 10 formed into a box having an opening large enough to store an ink tank; a part 40 opening to the atmosphere and including a vent 42 interconnecting the inside of the cartridge case 10 and the atmosphere; a cartridge cover 30 having a knob part 31 rotatable about a hinge 32; and an enclosing sheet 50 having a part 51 for enclosing the vent 42 of the cartridge cover 30 with a sheet-like matter of regular shape smaller than the outline of the cartridge cover 30, and a part 53 for stripping the enclosing part 51 from the vent 42 and formed such that the stripping part 53 intersects the knob part 31 under a state where the vent 42 is shielded by the enclosing part 51.
