Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify assembling steps, and to improve the production efficiency and the yield by facilitating the removal of an electrode in a multi-channel ink jet head.
CONSTITUTION: End face electrodes are formed at both end faces of piezoelectric elements 7 of piezoelectric element rows 4 of two rows, end face electrodes of the end face side opposed with the rows 4 are connected to a common electrode 24 on a board 3, the end face electrodes of the end face side not opposed are connected to individual electrodes 22 provided on the board 3, and the electrodes 22 of the board 3 are divided at each elements 7 by a split groove 21 formed in the direction perpendicular to the arraying direction of the plurality of the elements 7.
