Title:
INK-JET RECORDING HEAD AND INK-JET RECORDING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3437425
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact precision by installing protruded planes on the adhesion-fixed surface of the recording element substrate of a support member and contact-adhesion-fixing a protruded plane part with the back of the recording element substrate.
SOLUTION: In the adhesion-fixed surface 8 of a support member 2 which adhesion-fixes a recording element substrate 1, protruded planes are butt- adhesion-fixed with the back of the substrate 1. Accordingly, since the support member 2 is a molded molding in terms of ordinary costs, processability, and others, it is very difficult to improve the plane property of the whole area of the adhesion-fixed surface 8. However, the plane property of the substrate 1 which is bonded by the improvement of the plane property of four protruded plane parts installed on the adhesion-fixed surface 8 can also be improved. Since the interval between the substrate 1 and the adhesion-fixed surface 8 can be kept nearly constant, namely, the thickness of an adhesive layer 9 can be made uniform, the reliability of the adhesion is improved greatly.
