To suppress corrosion of a metal layer occurring when laminated structure of a conductive layer including a conductive nanowire and the metal layer is adopted as an external terminal portion conducting to a detection electrode.SOLUTION: An input device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a translucent base material; a detection electrode provided in a detection area of the base material; a lead-out wiring portion provided in a peripheral area of the base material; and an external terminal portion electrically connected to the lead-out wiring portion. The detection electrode has an electrically conductive layer including an electrically conductive nanowire, the external terminal portion has: an electrically conductive layer; a first oxide transparent electrically conductive layer provided on the electrically conductive layer; a main conductor metal layer provided on the first oxide transparent electrically conductive layer; and a second oxide transparent electrically conductive layer provided on the main conductor metal layer. An electrically conductive layer is positioned on a substrate even in the lead-out wiring portion, the electrically conductive layer included in the external terminal portion is electrically connected to the electrically conductive layer included in the detection area through the electrically conductive layer included in lead-out wiring portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
