Abstract:

To provide an insole of a shoe having superior cushion property, flexibility, strength, air permeability, massage effects and antibacterial property.

This insole of the shoe uses paper extending two dimensionally as a material. This insole has multiple recessed/projecting parts on the paper surface extending two dimensionally and the distance between adjoining recessed/projecting parts is defined to 1/5-1/1.5 of the diameter of the recessed part or the projecting part. The height between the recess and projection in the recessed/projecting part is defined to the 10-50 times of the thickness of the paper extending two dimensionally. The thickness of the paper extending two dimensionally is defined to 0.1-2.0 mm. The paper sheets extending two dimensionally are superposed into two or more layers and an antibacterial, deodorizing and moisture absorbing sheet or powder is inserted between the paper sheets.
