Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system with which it is possible to timely and reliably execute the updating of an inspection parameter.SOLUTION: The inspection system comprises: an inspection device 10 having an acquisition unit 11 for acquiring data to be inspected and a storage unit 121a for storing an inspection parameter D2, and executing an inspection process to inspect the data to be inspected using the inspection parameter D2, and successively executing the inspection process on a plurality of data to be inspected during automatic operation; and a terminal device 20 used for altering the inspection parameter D2, and transmitting an altered inspection parameter D2 to the inspection device 10. When the inspection result of the data to be inspected is not good, the inspection device 10 transmits the data to be inspected and the inspection parameter D2 to the terminal device 20, receives the inspection parameter D2 altered by the terminal device 20 during automatic operation, and updates the inspection parameter D2 in the storage unit 121a during automatic operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
