Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a instrument used for exerting a finger-pressure effect which stimulates a human body thoroughly just like a finger-pressure without consciousness and increases the circulation of blood, so as to improve a body condition while sleeping or working sitting on a chair as in driving a car or the like. SOLUTION: The instrument is a pillow and includes a pillow base which has an upper surface forming a mountainous shape in the height direction of a sleeping person and having a plurality of ridge-shaped projections which extend orthogonally to the above direction and are parallel to each other. This instrument is a carpet which is provided with a plurality of rod members and a plurality of flexible connecting members for connecting adjacent rod members. The rod members are arranged to be parallel, set apart to each other, and disposed in the height direction of the sleeping person. The carpet is laid for use and exerts the finger-pressure effect. A pair of instruments used for exerting finger-pressure effect are connected through a flexible sheet member, and one instrument becomes a back pad on a chair back and the other instrument becomes a laying pad on the seat surface of the chair so as to form an instrument used for exerting a combined finger-pressure effect.
