PURPOSE: To continuously and integrally mold intermeshed gears on a rigid board by a method wherein a gear, the intermeshing part of which is notched, is molded in a synthetic resin molding by using a mold for forming gears and the like, and a revolving mechanism is provided in a mold in order to fill the notched part of said gear with synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: The mold clamping is done under the state that a rigid board 9 is inserted in a movable retainer plate 8. Resin injected under the above-mentioned condition, passes through sprue runners 3 and is poured in a mold in order to mold gears 20a and 20b, and simultaneously passed through the holes of the rigid board 9 in order to mold revolving shafts. At this time, notch is made by a slider core 1 in the gear 20b. After the resin is cooled and solidified, when a cylinder 7 is placed into drive under the state that the mold is open, an ejector pin 4 is rotated through a rack 5 and a pinion 16. At this time, since the tip of the ejector pin 4 is worked into a polygonal shape, the gear 20b is also rotated simultaneously with the ejector pin so as to mesh with the gear 20a, the gear 20b meshes with the gear 20a, when the notched part is out. When the mold clamping is done again and resin is poured, the resin is poured only into the notched part of the gear 20b and solidified. After complete bonding, the mold is open and the board with the gears is removed from the mold.
