Abstract:
To drastically eliminate failure of fixation and remaining of ice on the surface of a water tray for a long time in an ice separating process and appropriately execute a next ice making process.
This inverted-cell type ice making machine executes the ice making process of cooling a cooler 1 by making the water tray 4 in a horizontal closed position and operating a circulating pump 10 and the ice separating process of opening an ice making chamber 2 of the cooler 1 by making the water tray 4 in an inclined opened position and heating the cooler 1. At least the face of the water tray 4 opposing to the ice making chamber 2 is constituted by acrylonitrile polydimethylsiloxane styrene copolymer.
