A job log tabulating section 103 classifies job logs of a job log storage section 104 into user's affiliated divisions, with reference to the user's transfer history of a user's transfer history storing section 105, and the job log is totaled by the affiliated divisions. When it is determined that the user's affiliated division cannot be decided from the user's transfer history based on a criterion of a criterion storage section 108, the job log tabulating section 103 notifies of this to an administrator.
