Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a juicer capable of separating a juice ingredient by way of a filter and discharging the same from a centrifuge basket and collecting the juice ingredient further flowing out from strained lees piled in a foreign matter accumulator.
SOLUTION: The juicer comprises a centrifuge basket which has a cutter for cutting a material and an inverted cone type upwardly open filter and which is rotated by being connected to a motor, a juice discharging channel for collecting the juice ingredient centrifuged by the rotation of the centrifuge basket and discharging the same into a juice cup, and a foreign matter accumulator for receiving the strained lees discharged from the centrifuge basket. The juicer further comprises a narrow juice channel for connecting the bottom of the foreign matter accumulator with the juice discharging channel.
