The pallet feeder 7 has a loosely rotated roller device 21 provided with loosely rotated roller 22 put in contact with the transfer rails for the pallets 9 from downward and a pallet diving unit 23 to engage engagement tools 33 with the locking plates of the pallets 9 to be transferred.
