Abstract:
PURPOSE:To give a user fine advices of partial errors of characters to bear the full fruit of learning by collating a written character with a character, which is set as a question, in character partial pattern units. CONSTITUTION:The Kanji (Chinese character) pattern inputted from a character input part 8 is sent to a display part 3 and is displayed there and is sent to a character recognizing part 10 also. The recognizing part 10 uses a recognizing dictionary in a character recognizing dictionary storage part 7 to send the Kanji code of the recognition result to a partial pattern collating part 12. The collating part 12 takes out partial patterns of of pertient Kanji from a partial pattern dictionary storage part 6, and collates them based on this sent Kanji code and the Kanji code of Kanji set as a question. Collation is performed in partial pattern units, and results are reported to an advice processing part 13. The processing part 13 performs output processings such as display of correct answer partial patterns, display of erroneous partial patterns, and a display of hint partial patterns for the purpose of giving proper advices based on reported collation results of partial pattern units.
