To provide a new composition which is used for dyeing keratin fibers, especially human keratin fibers such as hair, and gives a color exhibiting good washing fastness and capable of being seen on a black substrate without requiring to lighten the color of the fibers or bleach the fibers.
This keratin fiber-dyeing composition comprising at least one compound having at least one amine functional group, at least one pigment, and at least one chemical coupling agent. A keratin fiber-dyeing method comprises using the compound having at least one amine functional group, the pigment, and the chemical coupling agent. The employment of the compound having at least one amine functional group, the pigment, and the chemical coupling agent to dye the keratin fibers.
