To provide easily a lamp satisfying a user's requirement of a beam angle to meet a purpose or the like of using the lamp and having various beam angles.
The lamp 651 includes: an LED module 653 with LED elements mounted on a substrate; a cylindrical case (a heat sink) 655 radiating heat when the LEDs emit light; a base member arranged on one end side of the case 655; and a mounting member (a heat conductive member) 654 mounting the LED module 653 on its surface, closing the other end opening of the case 655 and transmitting the heat generated when the LEDs emit light to the case 655. The mounting surface position of the LEDs against a virtual end face made by the end edge of the other end opening side of the case 655 is so determined as to meet the beam angle.
