CONSTITUTION: When a 1B substation takes peak-like load, the load is shared to 1A and 1B substations. Accordigly, measuring demand signals are taken to load levelling controllers 104AW104C at every fixed time from demand measuring devices 102AW102C, target set demands and measuring demands are compared, a gate controller is given control signals so that the inclination of voltage drooping characteristics 2A increases if the measuring demands are larger than the target set demands, and a load pattern 51A is levelled.
